In the OS 175, the product is moved on AISI 304 stainless steel conveyor. This all electric eco friendly machine is incorporated with high resistance tubes to generate the heat inside the chambers.
The tubes have a spiral design to increas the surface of the heating area. The user has the flexibility to adjust the product thickness on the conveyor. Since this is an electric model and does not have any fossil fuels in them, the machine wont be emittin any harmful fumes and is safe to be used in small stroes.
Despite the smaller size, Roaster have advanced programmable logic controllers PLC, and electronics. It also has a smart touch screen attached to the Roaster for various operation setting such as adjusting the temperature, the speed of the conveyor, storing the recipes and many more.
It also has an easy Access emergency stop button to shut down the Roaster immediately. The Roaster also has a small detechable collector attached to it for transfer of the processed product. Roaster has Wheel underneath its platform for easy movement based on the needs.
This relatively maintance free machine is avaliable both in exotic handmade copper design and in a full stainless steel mode.
